I acknowledge that KYnamics and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, supporters and agents are NOT responsible for any errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.
I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for injury. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers.
“In consideration of my participation in this event, I, hereby release KYnamics, the facilities in where the event is taking place and its agents from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of my voluntary participation and enrollment. I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation and I hereby release KYnamics, the facilities in where the event is taking place, and its agents from any liability now or in the future for conditions that I may obtain. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to foot, or any other illness or soreness that I may incur.”
I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.
