I am a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist; Certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnosis; Certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist; Crossfit Trainer L1; Second Degree Black Belt in Karate Shotokan; a former professional soccer player as well as a strength and conditioning coach.
